had her skin bleached. She admitted having lightened her skin, and preferred
not to call it bleaching. Vera, unlike any other chic defended her move to
lighten her skin mentioning what she does requires her to do so and she needed
to pull that attention and would not mind criticism “
I did not do it to anyone’s body, I did it on my own. Again, don’t call
it bleaching, its skin lightening”. Vera distinguished her version from
bleaching saying that bleaching is a small process that is done in River road
and is cheap. She further added that she researched on skin lightening from UK and
did it the right way. She further urged her critics to watch her ten years to
come, since she is optimistic she will still be the same. The celebrated socialite
seems to have a future, but how she is going to deal with age to remain the
