Tension as Comrades RAGE over water Problem in University of Nairobi Hostels

A lot has been happening lately within the University, issues that have raised concerns about the Students’ Welfare. The fact that Students’ hostels; 5, 4 and 9 are the only hit halls politicizes the situation. Talking to Treadin’ Parlour, Paul Simba,
a student says that the institution is not serious in the way it looks into the welfare of its students. Blaming the varsity’s logistics, the political scientist hinted that continued provoking of students by the administration is likely to compromise the dignity of the institution. Another comrade, Gregory, (who opted not to disclose his second name) said that commenting on the issue was a waste of time because he was already fed up with the way students’ affairs are addressed. "Which sane authority ignores such a condition for 48 hours... I have not cooked since yesterday. Failure to shower means not attending my classes...," the furious intellect added. After visiting one of the rooms, our team confirmed that the situation was really pathetic (as captured in the snapshots).
